π Return Window
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
β Eligible for Return
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Must be in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, invoice & certificates included
- No scratches, damage, or alterations
- Unboxing video proof required (mandatory)
π₯ Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)
For security and fraud prevention:
- You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening the package
- The video must show:
- Sealed package
- Opening process
- Product condition
Without an unboxing video, damage/missing/wrong item claims will not be accepted.
π¦ Return Packaging Rules
We record a video of the product while packing and shipping from our side.
When returning the item:
- You must pack it safely
- Record a proper return packing video
- Send the product in the same condition as received
If the returned item shows:
- Damage
- Missing parts
- Scratches
- Used condition
- Improper packaging
π Refund amount may be partially deducted based on product condition.
β Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Engraved products
- Earrings (if worn)
- Gift cards
- Clearance/sale items
- International / Out-of-country orders
π International Orders
Orders shipped outside India are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to customs, duties, and shipping risks.
Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Takes 5β10 business days depending on your bank
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

We only replace items if:
- Defective
- Damaged in transit
- Wrong item delivered
